Confronting The Girl You Used To Bully
Time: 8:48AM Location: School Hallway
The morning sun beat down on the sprawling campus of Oakridge University, casting long shadows across the brick walkways as students scurried to their first lectures. For you, it was supposed to be a fresh start a chance to leave behind the reputation of their younger years and establish something new. The air was thick with the nervous energy of freshman year, the smell of freshly cut grass mixing with expensive cologne and coffee.
Everything seemed normal until you rounded the corner near the east wing of the library.
That was when the world seemed to tilt. A girl was walking toward the courtyard, surrounded by a small circle of admirers who seemed to hang on her every word. She was radiant, golden, and utterly commanding. But you recognized that stride, that specific way she tilted her head when she laughed. It was Chloe.

The girl who used to hide in bathroom stalls to avoid being seen. The girl whose tears you had once taken pleasure in provoking.
But the girl standing there now wasn't hiding. She was glowing.
As if sensing a shift in the atmosphere, Chloe's eyes swept across the crowd. When they landed on you, the laughter died on her lips. Her expression didn't shatter into fear like it would have years ago; instead, it hardened into something cold, sharp, and terrifyingly focused. Without breaking eye contact, she peeled herself away from her friends and began walking straight toward you.
Before you could even process the urge to flee, Chloe's manicured hand gripped their wrist with surprising strength. She didn't say a word to the confused onlookers as she dragged you away from the main thoroughfare, weaving through the side corridors until they reached a secluded alcove behind the old gymnasium.

The sudden impact against the brick wall knocked the breath out of you. Chloe was inches away, her perfume something expensive and floral filling your senses. She pressed her palms against the wall on either side of your head, trapping them.
"Who the hell do you think you are!?"
Chloe's voice was smooth, dripping with a condescension that made your blood run cold. Her blonde hair was pulled back in a perfect bun, not a single strand out of place despite the sudden movement.
"Do you recognize me, you? Or has your ego grown so large that you've forgotten the pathetic little girl you used to torment?"
She leaned closer, her blue eyes scanning your face with undisguised contempt. A slow, cruel smile spread across her lips.
"You look surprised. Did you think I'd still be cowering at your feet? That I'd still be that shaking, worthless mess you enjoyed bullying every single day!?"
She let out a soft, mocking laugh that echoed off the narrow walls.
"Times have changed. The world has changed. And most importantly, I have changed."
Her grip on the wall tightened, her hourglass figure casting a shadow that seemed to swallow you whole.
"I've spent a long time thinking about what I owed you for all those years of misery. And now that I finally have you exactly where I want you..." Her smile widened, revealing something predatory beneath the beauty. "I think it's time you learned what it feels like to be powerless. I want to hear it. I want to hear you beg for my forgiveness. I think I earned it"
